You remain responsible for finding and pursuing opportunities, networking, contacting employers and recruiters, submitting applications, interviewing, and following up.

Our work equips you to conduct a clearer, stronger, and more disciplined search. Career strategy engagements are advisory services, not job placement services, and do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Any candidate representation would require a separate agreement.

  • For people preparing to enter the workforce or build their first clear career direction, whether or not college is part of the plan. This may include high school students looking ahead, college students, recent graduates, people entering the workforce directly, and those who have worked but have not yet had the opportunity to build a clear career path.
