INTRODUCTION
Welcome to The Talent Treehouse™.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Company’s website, communications, workshops, learning resources, recruiting activities, advisory services, digital content, newsletters, downloads, speaking engagements, coaching services, programs, media, and related offerings.
By accessing or using the Company’s website, resources, services, communications, or related materials, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
When these Terms refer to “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” they refer to The Talent Treehouse™ and its related operations, services, and offerings.
When these Terms refer to “you,” “your,” “user,” “visitor,” “client,” “candidate,” “participant,” or similar terms, they refer to individuals or entities who access, use, engage with, purchase, download, participate in, or otherwise interact with the Company.
1. EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES
The Company provides educational, advisory, recruiting, coaching, consulting, speaking, publishing, workshop-related, media, and career-related content and services for informational and professional development purposes.
Content, workshops, downloads, newsletters, speaking engagements, coaching sessions, digital resources, and recruiting activities are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, mental health advice, medical advice, therapy, or guaranteed professional outcomes.
The Company recognizes that career decisions, workplace experiences, hiring responsibilities, organizational challenges, leadership dynamics, burnout, uncertainty, layoffs, and professional transitions can be deeply personal, impactful, or overwhelming for the individuals involved. While Company services may include supportive conversations, advisory insight, educational content, or coaching-related discussions, the Company does not provide licensed mental health care, therapy, psychological treatment, or crisis services.
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, business activities, career decisions, applications, communications, and professional conduct.
Accessing or participating in Company content, communications, workshops, learning materials, newsletters, digital resources, or related services does not by itself establish a formal client, coaching, consulting, recruiting, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship unless separately agreed to in writing.
The Company strives to provide thoughtful, informed, and experience-based content, services, workshops, guidance, and insights grounded in professional practice and industry knowledge. Because hiring practices, workplace dynamics, technologies, laws, and market conditions evolve over time, the relevance and application of information, recommendations, frameworks, or guidance may vary across individuals, organizations, industries, and situations.
Application of Company frameworks, learning materials, insights, or recommendations may produce different results depending on individual circumstances, market conditions, organizational environments, timing, implementation, and numerous other factors outside the Company’s control.

Candidates, employers, clients, organizations, or other parties may independently change priorities, hiring decisions, timelines, compensation structures, participation levels, availability, or interest in opportunities at any time, including after interviews, referrals, introductions, or conditional offers have occurred.
Professional, educational, recruiting, business, and career outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control.
