WHY CLIENTS TRUST US

✓ Experience that shortens the learning curve.

For more than 25 years, Founder Golda Inquito has worked across careers, talent, and organizations, advising leaders and professionals through high-stakes decisions about work, opportunity, and talent. She brings lessons earned across decades of real situations, helping clients move beyond trial and error, reduce unnecessary guesswork, and focus sooner on what is most likely to move the decision forward.

✓ Perspective that reveals what others may miss.

Golda has worked with both individuals navigating career choices and organizations making important talent decisions. That perspective helps her see how each side thinks, where expectations can diverge, and what others may miss. It helps clients anticipate reactions, recognize potential disconnects, and make decisions with a more complete view of what is happening.

✓ Judgment that clients trust when the stakes are high.

Golda brings practical business judgment and genuine humanity to every engagement. Her guidance is candid, focused, and tailored to the realities of the situation, rather than drawn from a formula or generic playbook. Clients gain a trusted thought partner who helps them weigh what matters, see their choices more clearly, and make decisions they can stand behind.

We begin with the real decision.

Before jumping to a résumé, search, interview process, or talent function, we clarify what is changing, what matters most, and what a successful outcome needs to accomplish.

HOW WE WORK

We look beneath the obvious.

We identify patterns, test assumptions, and distinguish the issue that is visible from the one that actually needs to be solved.

We stay close to the work.

We remain closely involved throughout every engagement, offering candid guidance, recommendations, and tools clients can actually use, from decision frameworks and career strategies to talent plans and hiring systems, tailored to the work at hand.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Something in your career may have changed, or you may know it’s time to think differently about what comes next. You don’t need to have all the answers before you come to us. We help you get clear on what you want, understand the paths available, and build a thoughtful strategy for moving forward.

  • You feel stuck and aren’t sure what you want to do next.

  • You have experience you’re not sure how to position or fully value.

  • You have a job that pays the bills, but know it isn’t where you want to build your career.

  • You’ve been laid off and aren’t sure what comes next.

  • You’re considering a career pivot after years in one field.

  • Your résumé, LinkedIn profile, or job-search approach isn’t getting any traction.

  • You have an important interview, opportunity, offer, or career decision ahead.

  • You’re trying to figure out how to use AI in your career or job search without losing your own voice, judgment, or what makes you distinctive.

Our work can include:

  • Career clarity and strategy

  • Résumé and professional positioning

  • Targeted job-search strategy

  • Strategic use of AI in career and job search

  • Interview and offer preparation

  • Career pivots and transitions

  • Select job-search representation

  • Ongoing career advisory

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

You may be here because hiring feels harder, slower, or less clear than it should. Sometimes the hiring problem isn’t actually a hiring problem. A difficult search may be a role-definition problem. A slow process may be an alignment problem. And filling a position quickly doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve made the right hire.

We work alongside leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to bring greater clarity and structure to talent decisions, strengthen the way you hire, and help you move forward with confidence.

Our work can include:

  • Talent & Organizational Strategy

  • Hiring Strategy & Process

  • Executive & Critical Search

  • Workshops, Training & Career Development

  • Fractional & Project-Based Talent Support

ABOUT

Golda Inquito is the Founder & CEO of The Talent Treehouse, a California-based career strategy and talent advisory firm, and a talent strategist with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of talent, careers, and organizations.

Her career has spanned Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized organizations, growing businesses, and startups. Across those environments, she has advised senior leaders, built talent functions and strategies, shaped how organizations assess and make decisions about talent, led executive and enterprise hiring, and worked with professionals from early career through executive leadership.

Golda is often brought into moments where the answer is not obvious: a professional deciding what comes next, someone navigating a transition or high-stakes opportunity, a leader trying to understand what a role truly requires, or an organization facing an important talent decision. She is known for looking beneath the presenting problem, identifying the decision that actually needs to be made, and helping clients separate signal from noise so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

That experience has given Golda a distinctive view of how career and talent decisions are actually made. She understands how individuals recognize the value of experiences they may have overlooked or dismissed, navigate career choices and transitions, and pursue opportunities with intention. She also understands how organizations define talent needs, evaluate capability and potential, and make decisions about hiring, leadership, and talent.

Golda founded The Talent Treehouse to bring that perspective and judgment directly to individuals and organizations navigating important decisions about careers and talent. Her approach combines strategic clarity and practical guidance with candor, curiosity, and humanity. She believes a decision can look strong on paper and still miss what matters in practice. The strongest career and talent decisions account for context, tradeoffs, and what the decision is ultimately meant to make possible.

Work and talent decisions shape lives, families, teams, and organizations. The Talent Treehouse brings the experience, judgment, and humanity those decisions deserve.
